The Boulevard is a transformative 75-acre mixed-use redevelopment in Plymouth, Minnesota, on the former Prudential corporate campus. The project encompasses over 800 multifamily homes, a business campus, medical and med-tech offices, grocery-anchored retail, restaurants, and a 13-acre public park. It is designed to create a vibrant, walkable community with diverse housing, employment, and lifestyle amenities, anchored by innovative retail concepts like Coborn’s Market & Table. Construction began in 2024, with phased delivery underway and full completion targeted for late 2026.
