The Center (Former CNN Headquarters) Adaptive Reuse

The Center is a transformative adaptive reuse of the former CNN Center in downtown Atlanta, converting the 1.2-million-square-foot complex into a vibrant mixed-use destination. The project encompasses extensive renovations to create a hub for retail, dining, entertainment, and creative office space, directly connected to State Farm Arena and the Omni Hotel. Key features include a reimagined atrium, large-scale public art installations, and curated cultural experiences, positioning The Center as a new focal point for both locals and visitors. Currently under construction, the project targets completion ahead of Atlanta’s 2026 FIFA World Cup events.
