The Observatory is a newly completed subterranean events venue at Apple Park in Cupertino, California, designed as a contemplative space for product launches and technology showcases. Embedded into the hillside near the Steve Jobs Theater, it features a domed entrance hall with a circular oculus and a main event space opening onto a terrace with panoramic views of the campus and surrounding mountains. The building integrates natural stone, terrazzo, timber, and glass, and is powered by 100% renewable energy, reflecting Apple's commitment to sustainability and biodiversity. Currently operational, The Observatory marks the most significant addition to Apple Park since 2017.
