The One

The One is an 85-storey mixed-use supertall skyscraper currently under construction at 1 Bloor Street West in Toronto, Ontario. Designed by Foster + Partners and Core Architects, it will be the tallest building in Canada at 308.6 metres, featuring luxury residences, retail, and a flagship hotel. The project is a landmark for Toronto’s skyline and represents a significant engineering achievement with its column-free retail base and advanced structural systems. As of November 2025, construction is ongoing, with exterior completion expected in 2026 and full occupancy projected for 2028.
