The Packing District
Orlando, Florida
The Packing District is a transformative 202-acre mixed-use development in Orlando, Florida, led by Dr. Phillips Charities. The project integrates adaptive reuse of historic citrus packing buildings with new residential, retail, office, and hospitality spaces, anchored by a 105-acre regional park and a 40-acre urban farm. It aims to revitalize a century-old neighborhood, enhance connectivity, and foster community wellness through public spaces, trails, and cultural amenities. As of late 2025, multiple phases are under construction, with several residential, retail, and recreational components already operational and additional office and hotel developments underway.
