The Stacks is a transformative 2-million-square-foot mixed-use development located in Washington, D.C.'s Buzzard Point, designed to create a vibrant, walkable waterfront neighborhood. The project features three residential towers with over 1,100 apartments, including affordable and co-living units, alongside 40,000 square feet of retail, coworking space, and extensive public parks. Anchored by a pedestrian-only promenade, The Stacks integrates sustainable design, community amenities, and connectivity to major sports and entertainment venues. As of late 2025, Phase One is complete and leasing, with future phases planned to expand residential, retail, and public space offerings.
