Transit Village is a large-scale, mixed-use, transit-oriented development planned for downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. The project spans approximately 6-10 acres adjacent to the Tri-Rail and Amtrak station, integrating residential, office, hotel, and retail components with direct access to major transportation hubs. Designed to catalyze urban density and promote public transit, it features nearly 1,000 residential units, a hotel, significant office and retail space, and a major parking structure. As of late 2025, the project is in the advanced planning and pre-construction phase, with legal and land acquisition issues delaying the official groundbreaking.
