Tricon Residential, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, is developing a 93-unit build-to-rent townhome community along Hunter Road east of Simpsonville, South Carolina, in partnership with Dream Finders Homes. The three-bedroom, two-car-garage townhomes broke ground August 6, 2025, with completion anticipated by September 2026. Amenities will include a pool, dog park, playground, pickleball and tennis courts, an amphitheater and a fire pit.
