Urban Glen is a landmark mixed-use development currently under construction in Hangzhou, China, designed by Büro Ole Scheeren and developed by New World Development. The project features two interconnected towers, integrating over 800,000 square feet of office, hotel, retail, and leisure spaces, with a central public spine known as the Urban Glen. Strategically located between West Lake and the Qiantang River, it serves as a cornerstone of the Wangjiang New Town initiative, linking Hangzhou’s historic and modern districts. Scheduled for completion in 2025, Urban Glen is set to redefine urban density by blending nature, culture, and community within a vibrant, interactive environment.
