Verrado Marketplace Shopping Center is a 500,000-square-foot open-air retail, dining, and entertainment destination located at the entrance to the Verrado master-planned community in Buckeye, Arizona. The project features over 50 national and specialty retailers, restaurants, and entertainment venues, including anchor tenants such as Target, Harkins Backlot, and Safeway. Designed as a community hub, it incorporates gathering spaces, a central lawn, splash pad, and performance stage, with a focus on sustainability and experiential amenities. Currently under construction, the center is scheduled to open in phases beginning spring 2026.
