Waterline is a transformative 74-story, 1,025-foot mixed-use tower in downtown Austin, set to become the tallest building in Texas upon completion in late 2026. The project integrates 352 luxury residences, 700,000 square feet of Class AA office space, a 251-room 1 Hotel Austin, and 24,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurants, all on a 3.3-acre site at the confluence of Waller Creek and Lady Bird Lake. Designed to be a vibrant urban hub, Waterline features extensive public amenities, pedestrian bridges, and seamless connections to Austin’s park and trail systems, significantly enhancing the city’s skyline and urban fabric. Construction is ongoing, with the tower recently topped out and full completion expected by late 2026.
