Willets Point is a transformative mixed-use development in Queens, New York, spanning 61 acres and anchored by 2,500 units of 100% affordable housing, the largest such initiative in New York City in four decades. The project includes residential, retail, hospitality, educational, and recreational components, such as a soccer stadium, hotel, school, and extensive public green space.
