ZeniHomes Modular Community
Page, Arizona
ZeniHomes Modular Community was a modular housing initiative located on the former Navajo Generating Station site near Page, Arizona, developed in partnership with the Navajo Nation. The project aimed to deliver 160 factory-built, eco-friendly homes using advanced modular construction and sustainable materials, with a focus on local employment and community revitalization. Despite initial progress and significant investment, the project faced operational and political challenges, leading to the closure of the factory after only 18 homes were completed. As of mid-2025, the project is no longer operational, leaving local jobs and housing needs unmet.
