With operations dating back to 1946 at the Port of Bellingham, the facilities have established themselves as the largest portside cold storage operation on the West Coast, handling over 600 million pounds annually. As of 2025, the portfolio was acquired by Lineage Inc., the world's largest global temperature-controlled warehouse REIT, expanding its Pacific Northwest network to 40 facilities across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
