The BlackChamber Group Northern Virginia Data Center Expansion is a major hyperscale data center campus development in Loudoun County, Virginia, led by BlackChamber Group, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm. The project, known as Tech Park at Brambleton, spans approximately 89 acres at 23844–23896 Belmont Ridge Road in Arcola and is entitled for up to 2 million square feet of data center space across four to five buildings. Its strategic location within the world’s largest data center market, near major fiber routes and power infrastructure, positions it as a critical asset for hyperscale tenants. Currently, the site is in the advanced planning and entitlement phase, with construction expected to proceed as market demand dictates.
