BlackChamber Group Northern Virginia Data Center Expansion Financing

BlackChamber Group has secured over $1.2 billion in construction financing to develop four hyperscale data center campuses across Northern Virginia, collectively delivering more than 740 megawatts of capacity. These powered-shell campuses are part of a broader portfolio totaling eight sites and up to 1.5 GW of gross power capacity across more than six million square feet. Strategically located in the world’s largest data center market, the expansion leverages proximity to major cloud, AI, and enterprise tenants. The projects are currently under active development, positioning BlackChamber as a leading digital infrastructure provider in the region.
