Evergrande Hongqiao International is a 13-building mixed-use complex at 979 Shenchang Road in Shanghai's Hongqiao business district, covering about 470,000 square meters across Zone A (8 buildings) and Zone B (5 buildings) of offices, shops and a hotel. Construction stalled for about six years after Evergrande's collapse, and the complex is now being sold by court auction.
