A six-suite 1986 mansion in Leblon's gated Jardim Pernambuco enclave, long owned by the Amaral family and listed at R$220 million as Brazil's most expensive house, with views over the sea, the Lagoa and Christ the Redeemer. Developer Mozak bought it for R$220 million and in September 2026 auctioned its finishes and furnishings before a demolition expected to take about three months.
