Kensington Station TOD is a transformative mixed-use, transit-oriented development located adjacent to the Kensington MARTA station in Decatur, Georgia. The project spans approximately 35 acres and is designed to create a vibrant, walkable community featuring affordable senior and workforce housing, office space, retail, and community amenities. Strategically positioned near major corridors and transit, it aims to catalyze sustainable growth, increase MARTA ridership, and serve as a regional transportation hub. As of late 2025, construction is underway, with the first phase focused on affordable residential units and new headquarters for the Housing Authority of DeKalb County.
