As of October 2025, the portfolio was acquired through a joint venture between Harrison Street Asset Management and Morningstar Properties, with 71% of assets located in top 30 U.S. metropolitan areas such as Houston, Austin, Charlotte, and Atlanta. The portfolio demonstrates strong operational performance with 90% occupancy rates and 21% year-over-year move-in growth in 2025.
