Port Saint John Cold Storage Facility is a state-of-the-art temperature-controlled warehouse currently under development by Americold Realty Trust at Port Saint John, New Brunswick. Designed as an import-export hub, the facility will offer approximately 22,000 pallet positions, supporting over 800 full truckloads of perishable goods. Strategically located at Atlantic Canada’s largest port by volume, it leverages direct maritime and rail connections via DP World and Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC), enhancing trade between Canada, Europe, South America, and APAC. The facility is scheduled to open in 2026 and is positioned to significantly boost regional logistics capacity and economic growth.
