Sky Central (Union Central Building)

A 31-story, 100-year-old former office tower (the historic Union Central Building) at 1 4th Street in downtown Cincinnati, converted into 281 apartments across more than 60 unique floor plans in a roughly $99 million adaptive-reuse project completed in March 2026. Owned by Detroit-based Trowbridge and delivered with 39Forward as development manager and GBBN Architects as designer, it won the 2026 CoStar Impact Award for Redevelopment of the Year in Cincinnati-Dayton.
