The property features over 100 retail stores and restaurants including anchor tenants Macy's, Neiman Marcus, and Dillard's, along with specialty retailers such as Crate & Barrel, Anthropologie, and H&M. In May 2022, the property was acquired by Centennial in partnership with Cawley Partners and Waterfall Asset Management, who announced plans to reimagine the center as a mixed-use development. The acquisition represents a strategic response to evolving retail trends, with the new ownership group positioning the property for transformation while maintaining its strong tenant base and market presence.
