(UNFI), the center features advanced warehouse automation, including AI-driven robotics and goods-to-person systems, as well as employee-focused amenities and sustainable building systems. Its strategic location on the Manatee-Sarasota county line provides direct access to major transportation routes, enhancing regional distribution efficiency. Opened in late 2025, the facility positions UNFI as a logistics leader in the Southeast and anchors a growing logistics hub.
