The grounds are a working small farm, with 90 olive trees for estate olive oil, a 98-tree fruit orchard, 35 citrus trees, a vegetable garden and a large rose garden, plus a pool with spa, a tennis and pickleball court and outdoor kitchens with pizza ovens.
