Bezannes, France
A three-story, 12-unit social housing building in Bezannes, France, near Reims, and Europe's largest 3D-printed apartment building. Developer Plurial Novilia worked with HOBO Architecture and PERI 3D Construction, whose COBOD BOD2 printer produced the load-bearing walls and structure on-site in 34 days, 16 days faster than planned, finishing three months ahead of an identical conventionally built building by the same developer nearby. It was completed in early 2026.
