Villa Las Fuentes, Club Santiago

Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico

Villa Las Fuentes is a six-bedroom beachfront house inside Club Santiago, the long-established gated resort community on Santiago Bay in Manzanillo. The home was designed by architect Rick Burnett and built by Yorktown Investment Co. with a seismic-resistant structural system. It has about 4,628 square feet of construction on a 6,781 square foot lot, plus a separate 3,638 square foot Federal Maritime Zone concession and roughly 57 feet of direct beach frontage. Four upper-floor suites face the Pacific, two more suites sit on the main level, and the social floor holds a great room with a bar, a chef's kitchen and a formal dining room for twelve. Outside there is a heated pool with a fountain, a covered oceanfront terrace, a beach shower and a side service corridor that runs from the street straight to the sand. The same house is marketed by several brokerages at the same time.
